It’s become a yearly winter spring tradition for my family and friends to attend the Wisconsin Garden Expo. I love the spring feeling that I get when I go inside and see all the plants and landscape ideas – at least until I have to go back outside to the snow.
The many displays and vendors offer up good advice/tips. I’m a sucker for landscape lighting and water displays which always make me all warm and fuzzy. However, shopping is one of the main reasons I enjoy the expo. The vendors serve up everything from earrings, framed butterfly displays, garden tools to seeds. I enjoy stocking up on bulbs from the Bruce Company.
It’s fun to think ahead for the planting season. If you plan on attending the Garden Expo, tickets are $7 in advance/$8 at the door (for a one day ticket). The website offers up $1 off coupon if you attend on Friday or Sunday.
Happy Planting!! Maybe I’ll see you there!
